Vilka uppgifter samlar vi in?

• Via intresseanmälan: namn, e-post, mobilnummer (frivilligt) och ditt meddelande.
• Vid besök: anonym besöksstatistik, t.ex. vilka sidor som visas och typ av enhet. Den kan inte kopplas till dig som person.

Varför?

• För att kunna svara på din förfrågan och hålla kontakten kring ditt projekt.
• För att förbättra webbplatsen och hålla den säker.
• För att uppfylla lagkrav, t.ex. bokföring om vi inleder ett samarbete.

Vem delar vi med?

Vi säljer aldrig dina uppgifter. De hanteras bara av de tjänster vi behöver för att driva webbplatsen: vår e-postleverantör inom EU och vår webbhotelltjänst (Vercel). Om uppgifter behandlas utanför EU/EES sker det med godkända skyddsåtgärder. Vi lämnar ut uppgifter till myndigheter bara när lagen kräver det.

Hur länge sparas de?

Bara så länge vi behöver dem för att hantera ditt ärende, eller så länge lagen kräver.

Cookies

Vi använder inga spårningscookies. Ditt språkval (SV/EN) sparas lokalt i din webbläsare och skickas inte till oss.

Dina rättigheter

Enligt GDPR kan du begära att få se, rätta eller radera dina uppgifter, begränsa eller invända mot behandlingen, och få ut dem i ett läsbart format. Mejla info@tingtech.se.

What data do we collect?

• Through the inquiry form: name, email, mobile number (optional) and your message.
• When you visit: anonymous visitor statistics, such as pages viewed and device type. These cannot be linked to you personally.

Why?

• To reply to your inquiry and stay in touch about your project.
• To improve the website and keep it secure.
• To meet legal requirements, such as bookkeeping if we start working together.

Who do we share it with?

We never sell your data. It is only handled by the services we need to run the website: our email provider in the EU and our hosting service (Vercel). If data is processed outside the EU/EEA, approved safeguards are in place. We only disclose data to authorities when required by law.

How long do we keep it?

Only as long as we need it to handle your inquiry, or as long as the law requires.

Cookies

We don't use tracking cookies. Your language choice (SV/EN) is saved locally in your browser and is not sent to us.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a readable format. Email info@tingtech.se.

If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (imy.se).
